How does an application at NetTalent proceed?

Below you will find the steps you can expect during a ‘standard’ application procedure. Application via CV

You can submit your CV for relevant vacancies on our website, or you can apply spontaneously if you do not immediately find a vacancy that suits you. Make sure your CV clearly describes your relevant IT skills, education, certifications and experience.

NetTalent interview

You may be invited for an interview with a NetTalent consultant. This interview can take place on location or online, depending on your availability and preference. During the interview we will discuss your professional career, technical skills and previous experience in Cybersecurity. We will also cover the types of positions and future employers you’re looking for. If this information matches one of our clients’ vacancies, we will present you with full details of the position.

Presentation to the employer

If you are interested in the vacancy, we will present your CV to our client, together with an interview report highlighting your most relevant experience and qualities for the position. We will also fully inform you about the recruitment process and what to expect at each stage.

Important note: We will never present your resume or discuss your personal information with a client without first receiving your written permission.

Client interviews

After submitting your CV to the potential employer, we will provide you with transparent feedback from our client. If it is decided to proceed, we will organize the necessary job interviews and thoroughly brief you on what is expected of you each time. After each interview you will also receive a clear debrief. If you are not selected for the position, we will provide you with insights into your areas for improvement and keep you in mind for future job opportunities.

Reference checks

Some clients may require us to carry out a reference check with a previous employer or a professional reference. We will contact you before consulting these references so that you can inform them in advance.

Onboarding support

Once you accept our client’s offer, we can assist you through the onboarding process. This may include coordinating paperwork or reviewing company regulations together. Everything aimed at a smooth integration into your new role!

Follow-up

After you have started in your new position, we will keep-in-touch with you to determine whether your onboarding has been successful and whether you are finding your feet in your new working environment, assisting you wherever we can.
